“One of the best of the Villas (Vacation Club timeshares rented to non-members). The two bedroom villas have three bathrooms, making them ideal for large families. Big selling point - you can walk to the Magic Kingdom. Bus or monorail to other parks. While expensive, you can save a lot by buying groceries and cooking some meals. Disney food prices are notoriously high. Great pool area and lots of games for the kids. Book early, these go fast once they open up.”

“I love renting boats here, the staff is usually always friendly, and they are very informative on making sure you know what you are doing. However the rules have changed over the years, I remember having more time on the water for less cost and having no map restrictions but I gladly understand for safety! (At least for the map restriction part) This is always a very magical time!”

“It's a nice place to get on a boat, especially since it's out in the middle of the water. Great place to watch the Electric Light Parade on the water. Last time I was here, I ended up having to wait on the pirate boat ride, but that wasn't that big of a deal since the captains make sure you have a good time while you're waiting. Not to mention that the characters will stop and sign autographs and take photos even though you're not on the boat ride. All in all, a great place to hang out.”

“Rustic atmosphere. Lowest cost of Disney buffet style restaurants at $35 a head for dinner. The food reflects this. Fried chicken was dry, peel and eat shrimp were small, and ribs were poor quality. Salmon was good, and so was the brisket. Food is decent but is not at the level of other buffet options offered by Disney. Also it is out of the way and difficult to get to if your hot staying at Fort Wilderness.”

“We booked the Ultimate Star Wars Day with VIP Tour Services. I am ruined for life. This was by far one of the best Disney experiences we've have had at Disney. The team: Emily, Rosalind, Kimberly. Jules, Tarl, Ashton, and Rob were amazing. They took care of us by keeping us hydrated throughout the day. One of the best things is that during the parade they gave us frozen towels to cool us off. This alone was worth the the tour price. The itinerary was great. A special character greeting, a trip to Darth's Mall before the park opened, a buffet breakfast, fast pass access to the top rides (Loved this as we have never been able to get into Toy Story Midway Mania!), a roped off area for the parade with snacks and drinks, table service lunch, VIP Seats to the Shows (all of them), and a dessert party for the fireworks (which we didn't stay for because we were exhausted but I'm sure it was amazing). I'm looking forward to other themed tours.”

“We were on our last day of vacation at Walt Disney World when we realized that our SUV had a semi-flat tire. A large nail was dug deep into one tire. We were able to get it repaired at Car Care Center right there on their Disney property. We enjoyed our last day at the parks while the car care team repaired the tire. They were polite and very helpful. They also got the job done in one day! It saved our entire vacation. Thank you for providing great service. Only Walt Disney would have a Car Care Center right on property (near the magic kingdom) and that type of quality customer service keeps us coming back year after year to vacation there. “Totally remodeled and funky fresh. Sliding glass shower doors, pocket door for bathroom, and barn door to separate the sink and makeup room from main/bedroom area. Huge mirrors and a ton of counter space and storage slots around the sink. Abundant lighting and even a lit magnifying mirror too. Beds are Comfortable and have fresh white sheets/linens that are so clean. The bed is also raised so there is storage for your empty luggage and backpacks. Huge 55" flat screen TV. There's also a mini fridge that looks more like a wine chiller, but it works. There is an iron and board and a hair dryer in each room. Open hanging bar for shirts and pants with those type of hangers provided. I love the little knob off of the closet that allows you to hang a item and steam it, if you brought your own steamer. Gone are little Micky Mouse shampoo and soap bottles for a cruise ship type "hotel refillable trio" of soap/shampoo/conditioner. HUGE improvements over most hotel rooms at this price point.”

“Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was really pleasant and the property is beautiful. Huge lobby and amazing pools. Spacious rooms. Didn’t get a chance to use the spa but have heard great things about it as well. Waiting staff at the restaurant for breakfast was really nice. The complementary shuttle to take you to Disney was on time and very clean. Had Disney movies playing for the children. Hotel shares amenities with the Waldorf next door while is an amazing property as well. Pools get a little crowded at Bonnet Creek since guests of the WA come over since the pool is better at Bonnet Creek.”

“This is one of the greatest services by this resort! Instead of having to drive to the transportation center, loop around for ages trying to find a parking spot, then walking a half a mile to take a buggy to get in another line, then to take a monorail to the park. (That is exhausting just imagining it) From here you can take a bus to any of the parks or Disney Springs. It's so convenient with buses every 20 minutes and the departures are shown on the TV at the stop. Definitely use this if you're staying here! Leave that car parked.”
