(February 13, 2019, 6:16 pm)Hello, I've buin living at Century Champions gate since August and I really enjoy the property and staff. The club house is nice and have some decent amenities. The pool area and jacuzzi have a nice atmosphere. Overall the neighborhood is quite and neighbors are polite.. Close to i4 and 192... and there's nice parks in the area... its next to us 27 which is perfect, on the back side of Champions gate.. I live in a carriage house apartment which comes with a garage... I recommend checking the place out if your looking for a apt. The views from the balconies are good. Their are newer apartments in the area but rent will be a few hundred more.. nice floor plans...

(January 5, 2019, 12:00 pm)From day one, the staff as gone out of there way to be as friendly and as professional as possible. The apartments are nice and the grounds are beautifully kept. I would highly recommend this place to any family looking for an apartment.

From the outstanding staff in the management office, to the outstanding accommodations....it is truly amazing to call this our 'home'. Our apartment is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The pool grounds are like living at a resort! All the folks who tend to the grounds and apartments are professional, polite, and efficient in what they do. I can not say enough about this wonderful place we found to live at. Great location too! It's in a quiet neighborhood, yet conveniently located close to Four Corners area, as well as access to I-4 and Route 27, so you won't have to travel too far should you need to accomplish any shopping, or enjoy a movie. Plenty of restaurants within 10-15 minutes. You will love it!!! So glad we found this place. Thanks Century Championsgate!
