“Have been a very happy return visitor for five years. Ideal location, pleasant personnel, clean facility and would heartily recommend for short or long stay. The premises are kept very attractive and close to Disney World and not to busy, pool kept clean. Grille used is always working and shared by all residents. Have recommended many people and they were pleased. Walls thin, be prepared to hear fire engines several times a day, engine company around corner. Needs updates to furniture, appliances then it would really be tops.”

They test your water for free and never try to push unnecessary items on you. All of their recommendations have been on the mark and their prices are better than the big box stores.
