Keith, Kristin and Deb are great. There has been alot of employee changes. I prefer to get serviced by the more seasoned employees at BCU when possible.There needs to be extensive customer service training to new employees. We all have bad days but in your arena, the tone and attitude of some of the employees need to be adjusted when dealing with consumers.
Especially when customers call BCU. Telephone etiquette is key as well as providing good customer service.
Other than that, I have had no major issues. I stay on top of checking my account weekly if not daily for accuracy.

I love brewery credit union. The staff treat you like family and best of all they have a great way of making you feel like your money matters. I bought my new home and brewery was able to provide them everything I needed.
