Mindful Behavioral Healthcare

Dr Micheal Trainor has helped me to open up about things that I never have talked about even with my psychiatrist at the VA , I know that I have a long way to go but he is making things easier for me to talk about and try to deal with. I actually have recommended Mindful Behavior and him to several of my shipmates my days are easier to handle since I started with Mindful Behavior and specifically Dr.Micheal . I truly appreciate Mindful Behavior for being there for me.

Amazing service from the front desk and the nurses! Especially one in particular Ricardo he was so courteous and helpful. Wishing that young man the best in his endeavors! He was very caring and made every visit just a little better! I will definitely be back!
