Monterosso Apartments

The only reason I am giving them a 4 star is because resident here don’t respect their neighbors with not following the rules that are clearly on the lease. Everything else is great! When placing a work order with the office staff they guys are there before the end of the day, have not see that anywhere I lived at.

My experience so far has been good other than folks stomping on the floor above or residents/guests not being considerate of others parking spots. The ladies at the front are super friendly, professional, and helpful!

I Went to inquire about an apartment a few weeks ago and the leasing agent Siarah was SO helpful & kind. She showed me and my family around the complex and took the time to show us all the amazing amenities. I definitely recommend speaking to her if you need any help finding a place. Excellent customer service!
