I purchased a high end Starkey hearing aid program in Richmond VA and later moved to Florida. I was concerned about service after I moved, but the people at Audibel in Kissimmee have treated me wonderfully, providing consistent service and adjustment when needed. There has never been a charge for their services, which have included updated hearing tests, device cleaning and repair (under warranty) and consultation. I highly recommend the professionals at Audibel, particularly Daniel and Rosie, who are always patient and concerned about my well being, as well as knowledgable and friendly.
It was very pleasant having my ear examined I was even giving a $15 voucher for a Turkey..
This was my first appointment at Audible. I was made to feel like they knew me forever, from the receptionist to the audiologist (and trainee).. The problem I had with one of my hearing aids was fixed in no time at all. I am truly looking forward to follow-up appointments..
