They explained everything to me and my Wife..But when it came down to the day it was going to be installed, they only had half of what I ordered to be installed. I had to argue with them to get it done since I waited 2 weeks for it to be done. Also the technician had to rush though it cause he had other work.

They had a hard time selling me an item that did not show up in the system. Instead of saying "I'm sorry, but we can not sell this to you", they went above and beyond to find a way, price it, and sell it. Great job.
(January 16, 2019, 8:23 pm)This is one of the biggest Best Buy I've been in. So much in here it took me about 30 minutes to find everything I wanted. No complaints about that I was in electronics heaven! Great staff help me to pinpoint my items easy. checkout line moved at a good pace. I always come here when I know what I want and for a good price.
