  Absolutely beautiful!!! My family and I had dinner at Moor. My 10 year old and I ordered Shrimp and Grits. Definitely not your typical meal!! This was so delicious. We required a slight dietary chang to the dish. We were amazed to see the Chef bring out our dish to the table. My little one smiled ear to ear. We enjoyed the meal very much. This is my third time eating at this restaurant within the past 12 months. I will definitely be making a fourth visit soon!

  We stayed just one night for our 11th wedding anniversary and it was amazing. The hotel itself is gorgeous. The staff was nice, welcoming and seemed to really enjoy their work. We enjoyed walking around the hotel, seeing the little shops and taking in all the interesting things to see. We particularly loved seeing the fish swimming near our room. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner at MOOR. It's a seafood restaurant inside the hotel. Our food was fresh and delicious. The wait staff was knowledgeable and our experience from start to finish was superb. The food was phenomenal. We also enjoyed room service for breakfast which did not disappoint. The food was hot and tasty when it arrived to our room. It was a perfect end to a great experience. The room itself was perfect. We stayed in a standard room, but the bed was comfy, the view of the atrium was great and the shower had such wonderful water pressure. I cannot stop myself from telling everyone about our experience because it was just so wonderful. We can't wait to go back!

  We went here with our family and friends. It was very busy but we still had a lot of fun. They have a lot of activities and things to do. You get to see amazing ice sculptures and an amazing show in their atrium. You can make gingerbread houses and make a bear in their make a bear store. You can do snow throwing and tubing too! The scavenger hunt is very fun too. The only downside is that it all costs a lot, but it’s still fun. It’s a big improvement for a hot place like Florida.

  We've stayed at the Gaylord Palms several times now and it has always been a positive experience. The staff is very attentive and the facility itself is very nice. We especially enjoy the holiday events and the decorations of the Atrium area. The pools are also very nice and includes a kids splash park, water slides, three pools (kids, family, adults only) and two hot tubs. Highly recommended for those staying in Orlando especially if you're going to Disney.

  The level of quality and comfort the Gaylord Palms provides is outstanding. There are so many places to explore in the resort! From the Spanish Fort to a floating sailboat restaurant, there are so many neat things to come across. There are multiple gift jobs and places to grab a quick snack. The convention center is also great as I attended the Republican State Conference last Summer. Overall Great Resort!!
