“My wife and I came here for a marriage conference with our church. I must say everything was exceptional! From the check-in to the rooms and staff! Everyone is friendly and courteous. They have excellent customer service. My wife and I left our room key in our room and we went to the front and informed them what happened and immediately without hesitation and with a smile at 12:30 a.m they gave us a new key. In the morning we came to have breakfast and were greeted by Teresa and she was AMAZING! Her warmth and personality made us feel at home. She is the sweetest and made sure we were taken care of! We will definitely be coming again and bringing our family! I highly recommend this place. They are clean, friendly and very excellent. Our room was top notch!”

“This was an awesome vacation selection for me and my family. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The room was wonderful. It was a 3 bedroom lockout with plenty of space and a walkout with a great view of the main pool. There is plenty to do right on the resort so the kids didnt want to leave often. The games were very interactive and offered great family interaction. The location was close to stores and restaurants for convenience but the restaurant at the resort was awesome as well. I loved, loved, loved the bar staff by the pool they made sure you enjoyed every cocktail!!!!”

“Although the rooms are very old and I have some notes on the level of cleanliness, but the feeling of comfort in this place so overwhelmed me, because of that; I stayed for three months and the staff is very wonderful in dealing with guests, I highly recommend it if you want to visit Kissimmee or Disneyland. Yes, their sites may be a little small but our big rig did just fine! Will definitively be back next time we're in the Orlando area. Wish they had recycling, though...”

“Attended my nephew's basketball tournament here after my daughter's soccer tournament didn't work out. I was a little alarmed at the 18 dollar spectator price at first but after attending 3 games it was worth it. They also offer length of event which could be beneficial if your team is winning. The concession stand was convenient and generous. I paid 4 dollars for a drink cup which provided me with 3 additional refills at no extra cost. They also have an all day cup for 10 dollars. The seating in the arena was comfortable and perfect for watching the games. First time attending a sporting event at this venue but I will say they host a variety of sports at high level competition that has a level of excitement unmatched anywhere else.”

“Nice hotel only 1 mile from the Disney parks!! Great value for being so close. Some of the common areas around the pool needed to be addressed...torn furniture...understand it was not a peak vacation season but these should be addressed a guest should not see the broken things. Our only issue with the stay was a wedding that was taking place on the property Saturday night. Family and I were in the pool at the end of the night group of out of control teens were running all through the area, very loud and rude...boys stripping down to underwear and jumping into the pool, filming themselves for social media, and using inappropriate language around my young daughter...no security or parents in site. I had a work issue to take care of after cleaning up from the pool...found the "security guard" sitting in the business center at 1 of the computers”

“The hotel just got renovated and they did a great job. The food there has gotten so much better too. As far as a value resort goes, this one is my favorite. There are better hotels at Disney but at a way steeper price. The staff is always super nice also. I have been taking my family on Disney vacations for the last 5 years and it just keeps getting better.”

“We were a little worried after reading some reviews, but our worries were put to rest upon arrival. Check in went smoothly. Staff even accommodated our request for ground floor and early check in. Staff was friendly. Our room was clean and up to date. The carpet had a few spots by the door, which is to be expected because you walk straight in from outside. Beds were comfortable. Pool is nice with two nice cabanas and new looking lounge chairs around the whole pool. You can find any restaurant within a short distance. Two negatives are that you can hear people talking outside and there isn't an elevator if you are on a floor other than ground floor.”
