I have been coming to disney/universal for 20 yrs I was a DVC member for 15 yrs This was the nicest property i have EVER stayed at (including all the DVC properties) Amazing for a big family!!! Home has a pool and acess to a great community clubhouse We stayed with 8 people and had SO much room Upstairs family room was terrific! Victor our property manager was OUTSTANDING! “We had no problems! We read the reviews and were fully prepared to have a pretty bad experience for the sake of saving money but it was nice! The staff was helpful and friendly. The manager offered so much help and everyone was so pleasant and patient with us. The room was comfortable, clean, and we always had enough towels, soap, ect I would definitely stay here again. Ubering to the parks, various shows, and the icon center were no problem and fairly affordable considering we went at a very busy time of the year.”

“Stayed here for work. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are wonderful - you can spread out and there is a sink in the bedroom which is a nice feature. The food is really good as well and reasonable priced. The breakfast buffet has lots of options and the main restaurant has good standard fare at good prices. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.”

“Timeshare and travel company resort located nearby Walt Disney, Seaworld and Universal Studio theme parks. The room was well furnished, big and comfortable. The beds were very good, perfectly clean, not too soft and very good for sleeping. Our 5 days of vacation passed as one day. Everything was fine.”

“Busy Disney partner hotel. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic and despite a couple of bus loads of hungry visiting youth football teams attacking the buffet the staff kept everything amazingly clean, fresh and fully stocked. Easy access to everything and plenty of choices nearby for grabbing a bite or shopping for something you forgot to bring. HVAC unit in the room was a little noisy and the elevators a little cranky but otherwise no complaints. Easy parking, great outdoor water amenities for kids and adults.”

“3.5 really. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. No bugs. Ac was off in my room when I arrived and took most of the night to cool the room. $50 cash deposit required and they will inspect and inventory the room before refunding the deposit. Non smoking is heavily stressed, however on turning on the AC and on entry to the room there after, you certainly can smell the years of smoke. My room had the safe open but the bars extended. The young receptionist tried to fix but could not. There was no channel guide for the TV and most buttons on the remote were not functioning, nor was there any do not disturb signs or magnets. For the price of the room considering the area it was great. A big plus we're the plethora of food options within a short walk, chain restaurants as well as a large food truck area. Washers were operational and efficient if overpriced.”

“The price was very reasonable and the hotel is located only 15 minutes away from Disney World. The rooms are very clean. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are a bit rough but it's a short walk or drive to nicer neighborhoods and lots of nearby restaurants to choose from. It is very nice that the hotel offers a free shuttle service to Disney World but unfortunately we were only able to make use of it once because we kept getting conflicting information about the times that it picked up. We found it reasonably easy to navigate the local city bus system using Google maps so we used that for backup transport. The free breakfast is the lamest I've seen. They offer bagels, oatmeal, oranges, juice and coffee. That's it. More of a light snack really. All things considered we would stay here again.”
