“I have been seeing Dr. Charneco for almost two years now and I can honestly say that she is one of the most knowledgeable and caring doctors I have ever met. She listens to you and makes you feel understood. Their staff is very kind and professional. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a little longer but I am ok with that. Mental Health is complex and sometimes some us may need a little bit more time to be treated. It is definitely not the doctor's fault so please don't judge the quality of care by how long sometimes you have to wait. I am very happy with the care and service and I recommend it 100%!!!!!!”

Everything was nicely packed and the bag was stapled for your protection which is always a plus!!! Let me not even get started on the food…. The food was AMAZING! “The units are fantastic with great space for the price. The inside club house restaurant is not open and they don't offer any service at the pool which is too bad. The tennis court and sand volleyball is awesome. The work out facility is nice bit the tvs don't really work with the android TV. I just want something to play. “In the four years I've been here I've always had a wonderful time with the office team. In the last few months I've seen the strongest team ever. Christopher, Daniel, and Mali are great. The maintenance team are also strong. No matter what is going on they remain cordial, work efficiently and quickly. Sal, Roger, and Maribel always greet me and take a real interest in my going on. They've offered to even help me take groceries up the stairs. I've seen the complex improve. Parking is rough but the team has been creative in trying to make it better. They always communicate with us and I'm never surprised by a change. The assistant manager is the best. I can always count on him. Christopher is courteous and professional and has been a bright spot since arriving.”
