(October 2, 2018, 6:43 pm)This is a very nice, clean place for people 55+ to live. It's conveniently located off of 192, less than 2 miles from WAL-MART & only 4 miles east of Florida's Turnpike.
(July 19, 2018, 7:19 pm)It's an okay MHP for seniors. They keep it clean and have good amenities and events for the residents...but the lot rent is high and goes up every year.
(May 30, 2018, 6:44 pm)The Mark is a great 55+ community! Everyone I have met here is so friendly. Whether you are here year round or a Snowbird this is a great place. The management strives for a clean safe community and it shows. Pool, shuffleboard, community room tons of amenities. Plus it is on the bus line! Within a mile if 4 grocers and multiple other retail options. The hospital is also about a mile away ????
