  My family and I have been here twice now, once on a weekend, and now on a weekday, -- definitely preferred this second trip (less crowded). However crowded it is, the amenities are grand. The playground is a decent size, there is in fact a splash pad that looks decent as well, it's closed depending on season, and there's a beach area connected to the playground area which is open to the lake. On the other side of the parking lot there's even a seafood restaurant.
  On the otherhand, this second time we went it was a bit disturbing to see a grown, not very hygienic man sitting on the playground, listening to some music, and his bike parked right underneath him, when there's a sign that clearly states what ages are appropriate for the playground. Fortunately, we were already leaving and we noticed he soon left too. Even so, I believe there should be some kind security for that.

  Nice park. Friendly people. Nice views. My daughter loves it here. The park part has a cover over it which helps during the summer.

  Very pretty and clean. I walked to this park this morning from my Mom's house. The park has a splash pad from March-November. There is a Seafood restaurant, nice park

  Our first visit was great. Staff were so friendly. We had a small inconvenience with our oysters but they fix it right away. Atmosphere it's so relaxing. I loved it. We will come back

  A beautiful, small beach with play area and splash pad for children to enjoy. There are pathways for walking, riding bikes and enjoying the beauty of the area. Always such a lovely place to go. There is a small place which sells hot dogs, etc, where the people are so kind and helpful. Scenery is absolutely lovely.
