“We highly enjoyed our stay at the Reunion Resort! It was beautiful, clean, private and peaceful. The house looked just liked it did in the photographs! We didn't want to leave. The restaurants were great (we dined poolside at Eleven Restaurant while watching the Disney fireworks!) and the Seven Eagles pool was where we spent most of our down time when we weren't driving the short distance to Magic Kingdom, Sea World, etc. We would HIGHLY recommend the Magical Vacation Homes and are very much looking forward to our next vacation with them!”

The accommodations were beautiful and the quality of the furnishings and accessories were exceptional. All of our needs were met. There was plenty of space for everyone and we will definitely return again to this resort. The property exceeded our expectations. “Splendid resort. The short term rentals are an excellent way to take the family on vacation. The prices are approximately -- for one week-- $640 in the month of June. The unit is 2 bedroom. The are elevators that are accessible to all the floors. The hallways, parking, and common area are spotless. Keep in mind that the property is surrounded by a protected wildlife and there is the potential of snakes, Gators, wolf...”

“The 4 bedroom unit was really very nice, and super spacious, it was almost as good as home...ample linens, and towels....not bad. However, our first night there was not very good, the bed in the downstairs bedroon looked fine until we went to retire for the evening. We found that the bed seem to sink in the middle, well this was resolved the very next day...so sleeping was good...not super, but good. We then found that the washer was on the fritz, and since we arrived on the weekend the issue wasn't resolved until mid-week. Overall, it was a pretty good trip....our goal was to rest and that's exactly what we did...it was very quiet the whole time and we really appreciated that....we've decided to come again next year!!!”

“I have read the reviews on this page, and I will say they were pretty harsh. I had a group of 4 go out today, and unfortunately we didn't get the experience we were hoping for. The boat had a mechanical issue but Brent fought with the fuel pump for over an hour trying to get us out on the water. We cracked jokes, asked questions and made the most out of sitting there while we waited. Things happen and things go wrong. It's not easy running this type of business. Not his fault nor anyone else's. We got a full refund along with a sincere apology as he felt awful this happened. We also tipped him for his hard work and dedication to get the boat running. “Where do I begin. Capt. Dean Puller is a real Pro. He helped my father and I have the best dayof fishing we have both ever had, without a shadow of doubt! In six hours we caught 20 plus fish, I managed to set my new personnel best at a "heavy" 8 lbs. Six hours that will remain a cherished lifetime memory! Capt. Dean was very informative and gave excellent instruction as well guidance while fishing. He showed great patience with us even when we made mistakes. This is only the second guided trip I have been on, however I know a Pro when I meet one. My first tour "on the same lake" with a different guide only produced 2 fish, neither of which were worth even getting excited about. So before I scheduled this trip I did some serious homework. Boy did it pay OFF! Gators Big Bass Service not only has the best guarantees in the business but Capt. Dean worked his tail off for us. He's got top of the line equipment, and knowledge, that produces top of line results! I couldn't be more pleased to have found and hired Gators Big Bass Service for my fishing experience. “Excellent service, in stark contrast to another family that appears to have checked in on the same day. We also checked in on 1/1/19 and had multiple problems, the most immediate of which was that the entire house smelled horribly of pet urine. We turned right around and went to Walmart to buy air fresheners and Febreeze, came back and sprayed the couches and installed the air fresheners, and then went to dinner (making sure the A/C was on for circulation and to bring it down from the 80 degrees it was set on). After returning a few hours later, it was still no better. I called that evening and had to leave a voicemail, as it was a holiday, so I said we needed the carpets cleaned and explained what we'd done so far. (I also reported a broken door knob and a couple of other minor things.) The next morning, I got a call saying that maintenance was on their way over to fix the knob and other things, and that the carpets would be cleaned that afternoon. All was taken care of as promised. Since then, we have had to call maintenance three times for the heat going out (yes, in Orlando it can be 85 or 45 in January). It turns out that on windy days, the pilot light is getting blown out, because there's no seal on the garage door (just determined that this week, after muliple instances). Each time, sometimes on weekends, maintance was there quickly to fix the heat. Very responsive, polite, and helpful. No attitude or complaints at all. Note: Negative comments above only pertain to the house we're renting, not the management company. We chose the house for the location and price, and it is of mediocre quality. The service has been great though. If I could find anything bad to say about Advantage Vacation Homes, it would only be that they have room for improvement on their paperwork and on their email communication skills. These are minor annoyances though, and I'm a stickler for that stuff, so many wouldn't even notice the things I did. Bottom line, we've already booked with them for next winter (in a different property though, as this one's not all we'd hoped). Keep up the good work!”

“Great place to visit or live. Gated Community. Clean and quite. Has two pools, tennis and basketball courts. Playgrounds for the kiddies and a dog park. The grounds are divided into two pats: Legacy Court and Dunes Court. There are about 10 to 12 units per building. The units are 1 bedroom, up to 4 bedrooms. Parking available throughout the community. If resident will issue a resident sticker for car, guest will need to display guest pass on dash board of car. Gate pass needed to enter community or can be buzzed in by the resdent.”
