“Great place to visit or live. Gated Community. Clean and quite. Has two pools, tennis and basketball courts. Playgrounds for the kiddies and a dog park. The grounds are divided into two pats: Legacy Court and Dunes Court. There are about 10 to 12 units per building. The units are 1 bedroom, up to 4 bedrooms. Parking available throughout the community. If resident will issue a resident sticker for car, guest will need to display guest pass on dash board of car. Gate pass needed to enter community or can be buzzed in by the resdent.”

“Our family has had the best time at the water park. There is plenty to do between the pool, volleyball, Lazy River and giant splash park. They have tons of chairs with umbrellas for lounging and a full bar and grill with walk around wait staff. Hanging at the water park has definitely been a highlight of our vacation.”
