“So accommodating. Was torn between Belgium Dark Chocolate pancakes and Cream Cheese stuffed Crepes with Strawberry toppings. So the waitress Carmen said I could get 1/2 portion of each. Such a wonderful solution to a tough decision after spending the day at Gaylord Palms. The pancakes were packed full of chocolate and the crepes were of the perfect texture and flavor. Employees were very friendly and the food was served up quickly.”

“3.5 really. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. No bugs. Ac was off in my room when I arrived and took most of the night to cool the room. $50 cash deposit required and they will inspect and inventory the room before refunding the deposit. Non smoking is heavily stressed, however on turning on the AC and on entry to the room there after, you certainly can smell the years of smoke. My room had the safe open but the bars extended. The young receptionist tried to fix but could not. There was no channel guide for the TV and most buttons on the remote were not functioning, nor was there any do not disturb signs or magnets. For the price of the room considering the area it was great. A big plus we're the plethora of food options within a short walk, chain restaurants as well as a large food truck area. Washers were operational and efficient if overpriced.”

“After visiting 5 other stores including the Nike outlet and footlocker, New Balance was the only one that could help me. My son has to wear braces on his feet and made shopping for shoes nearly impossible. We spend 5 hours going from store to store looking for shoes there were wide enough to include a brace. New Balance outlet was a miracle. Very Friendly staff as well. Shania helped my wife and I get the perfect shoe for my son. Was very helpful. We brought a pair and Shania helped us order another style we liked in a bigger size as size. Will definitely will be coming back. Highly recommend! Specially to anyone who needs a wide shoe.”
