After waiting over an hour in line and another 30 min in line to purchase, I realized I didn’t have my card on me. ????????♀️ So I asked if they could hold my items and I’ll come back. Well my boyfriend doesn’t get there until 30minutes prior to close, but the staff were true to their word and kept my items on hold for me. When the staff had heard what had happened, they all felt super happy that we would come back and they were very excited to show their appreciation for our business. This staff member pictured, not sure of her name but she is an amazing asset to your staff and she really went above and beyond. “Since moving to Florida this past year, I 've tried 3 different spas for massage. Hands Down this is the best. I've visited 4 different times for massage and did not make a special request. Each masseuse was excellent. My most recent visit was an 80 minute relaxation, hot stone massage with Maria. It was PERFECTION. I cannot explain how caring and talented and thorough she was. I have been a member for years....as of yesterday, I have a favorite masseuse. Staff is pleasant. Location is clean and well stocked with product. I always look forward to my visits. Try the facials. I've had 3. Each was wonderful You will not be disappointed”

“Jay was so friendly and resourceful! He had a thorough understanding of the differences in the iPhones and let me know about a special going on for the holidays so I got an Apple Watch too! Johnny was also amazing he wasn’t even my sales associate and he gave me a free candy cane! The music in the store was so lively and full of classics which set a great overall vibe. And to top it all off Jay gave me a 50% off coupon for the smoothie cafe next door so I could get a smoothie while my phone was backing up. “We live close by so eat at this Tropical Smoothie location quite often. Food is always fresh and good. Smoothies are great with a very good variety. They add new menu items occasionally. Owners of this location are very nice. I use the TS app and get $$ off and to get notified of specials.”

“My family and I came here tonight for NYE dinner. We have always had uniformly fantastic service and delicious food. This location is our favorite Bonefish Grill, and we come here often. Tonight was special though. We came in, ready for our reservation. When we were seated, the manager (Jonathan Rodriguez) personally came to greet us. As he introduced himself, he made great lengths to apologize for the fact that we weren't seated sooner and that we were not greeted warmly at the door--- especially due to it being New Year's Eve. He was gracious enough to give us free appetizers and offer to give us drinks on the house. We were floored by the service that Jonathan gave us and the sincerity with which he truly wanted to make sure our meal was perfect. I'm so happy that this is our go-to spot for elegant dinners. I cannot recommend this place enough. The food here alone is 5 star quality, the service we receive here would have 10 stars if I could give it. Our family loves Bonefish Grill! Cannot wait to come again ❤️”
