Seth and Jennifer were absolutely wonderful during my recent property sale. Although the sale had some complicated twists, they walked me through it and calmed my fears. They are true professionals, knowledgeable and hard-working. I would let them handle all of my Title needs without hesitation. A great experience.

I was looking to purchase title insurance for a condo I purchased at auction and sent out several messages to local title insurance companies. Seth Loft was only one of two that responded to me and he was the only one to answer all my questions thoroughly, without ever having met me. Throughout all the hiccups dealing with a foreclosed property, Seth has been available, courteous and helpful and I have asked his help for title searches/title commitments for other properties. I wouldn't hesitate to ask him (and Jennifer) for any real estate help. I have told him he can't retire, because I want to be able to work with him in all my real estate transactions!
