  I was interested in taking yoga classes but was apprehensive. I had never participated in yoga before. I was encouraged to try Cristina’s early morning class (I hate mornings) but figured I would try it once. That was it, I was hooked! I went every morning that Cristina taught for the entire summer. She gives each student individual attention, encouragement, and guidance. She is patient and very warm. I’m thankful that she now teaches an evening class so that I can practice with her again. I look forward to every Monday night! PYC is a great place to begin and continue with your yoga practice. I enjoy the atmosphere and all of the knowledgeable instructors. It has been a most positive experience!

  Love the classes. Great instructors. Nothing ever feels too difficult and yet I can feel it days later. The owner Holly is lovely and welcoming.

  Tremendous experience. It's been one year since I made the decision to attend weekly classes. ( Yoga & Pilates Mat). It's been so healing and the instructors have been so helpful and experienced. Thank you Jesse, Lysee, Shelly, Mercedes, Eva. Liz, and Christine. I've enjoyed your classes immensely and have received such great benefits! Bravo!

  Love, love, love PYC! I have been taking Pilates and Yoga here for 5 years and the instructors are amazing. They are highly trained and really know what you are doing, and if you have any injuries or limitations they will work with you on that, as well. The private lessons are really terrific - I think Shelley is amazing! The group classes are also really terrific - each class is always a bit different and you will enjoy your work out. I also enjoy the yoga - everything from Yin or Gentle to Vinyasa. There is something for everyone. I have recommended this studio to lots of friends and everyone has been very happy here.

  I’ve been doing Pilates with the staff for at least 4 years now. Every instructor is an expert and is there to make sure you have the best experience possible. They understand each body is different and they help you to keep advancing. Pilates is where I go to take a breath and focus on me for an hour. When I walk out after a class I’m always smiling!
