  Hoping my Dr has another option for me. Booked today's appointment a week ago at 2:15 pm for an MRI. Called this morning to make sure the appointment was still at the time set since I travel 40 minutes from work to get there. I arrive at my scheduled time to hear that the equipment was broken. Certainly understandable, machines break. When I tell them I called at 11:45 to confirm my appointment, they ask me who I talked to because they knew in the morning that it was broken. Unacceptable!
  
  ***Updated my review today 7/11/18 - DCA went out of their way to correct this situation. We're all human and make mistakes, true character is shown when you take ownership and make corrections. Thank you for taking care of me so quickly - it shows your team truly cares.

  WONDERFUL!!!! I went in for a Bone Scan today and was treated like a Rockstar from the moment I walked it! I had to go for a injection 3 hours before . The last was very kind and had a very gentle touch. Front desk is very friendly and on point! I returned for the test 3 hrs later and was whisked in. The technician was AMAZING! I told her how afraid I was and she calmed me down. She commented on my sparkle sneakers:) Then she asked what music I would like. She looked at my shirt and said, "What was I thinking!" and threw on The Bowie Channel! The man who sold the world, Life on mars, Quicksand, DONE!! After some miserable experiences this week. The one that frightened me the most, was the most pleasurable! GREAT JOB!!

  Nice clean professional no different than any other medical facility. The staff was professional and pleasant the nurses or techs were extremely nice especially Tammy, she was a complete doll she put me at ease and spoke to me as if I was family.
