(July 29, 2018, 5:10 pm)We've been coming to Berkshire by the Sea since I was a young child around 6. This place has been a summer home for two weeks and is honestly a great place for a time share. The property is well managed. There are two pools and both are well maintained. Excellent place

(June 9, 2018, 11:05 am)We had a wonderful vacation! The Berkshire is very clean, newly renovated, the amenities are terrific. They have everything you need right there on property. Both Pools, hot tub, tennis courts are extremely clean and well maintained. Sarah in the office is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying at the Berkshire by the Sea.
