(November 14, 2018, 10:15 pm)It be appreciated more light in the bedroom, but it is not a big deal. The location is wonderful and it has a lot of staff in side the apartment, the cleaning service is wonderful, just gorgeous!!!

(August 17, 2017, 9:19 am)This place is very nice, and secure. However, you must have a key to get upstairs, to the pool, to the beach, basically anywhere. It is a bit annoying to only have two keys in a large family. Otherwise, the pool is very nice, and so is the beach. Some condos are very modern, but some are outdated. If you are looking for a Florida condo, definitely look into this one, however be prepared to have a key to go everywhere.
(April 27, 2015, 12:39 pm)Amazing stay, right on the ocean, private beach. Beautiful ground floor condo unit 1B, very quiet and very laid back. Condo had everything we needed just brought our bathing suits, sunscreen, toothbrush and a case of Bud Light! Every morning we had a 2 mile beach walk, lots of shells, very few people until you hit the public beach area, which is fun also... for the teenagers. Beautiful pool right outside the sliding doors, no need to get in an elevator to hit the beach or the pool - that's a BIG bonus for us, an ice cold beer is just steps away into our own unit. We felt bad for the guests that had to walk into the lobby and get in the elevator (slow) every time they needed something - no bathing suits allowed in lobby - so this unit is by far the best one in the entire building. We have stayed here 5 years in a row over Easter and Fourth of July holidays and will continue to do so, hoping to add more visits as retirement is just around the corner. We highly recommend the Hamilton House and unit 1B!!
