“We hired Matt Moser and Nick Gonzalez, of Sutter Nugent Realty, in mid-March, 2017, to sell our property in the 'Golden Triangle' in East Boca Raton. Prior to this, we had worked with two other real estate agents, with both relationships ending without any success. Matt and Nick persevered through a long and hard fought campaign to finally sell our property at a price which, while it was not what we started out at, delivered 95% of our net expectations, which we achieved 6 months later, upon closing in Sep. 2017. Matt and Nick were tenacious and kept working hard to sell our property. They invested quite a bit of time and resources to get the job done. The property was a jewel but, as most jewels, it needed a special kind of buyer, which made their work both easier and more difficult. Finally, we had our 'gem' buyer at the end of July. They then managed the closing process, i.e., from working out an initial contract through steps of negotiation that followed the inspection and assessment phases, down through the final, legal closing activity. We would like to add an important point. During the closing period, we were visited by a tropical storm (the effects of Irma), which disrupted the final weeks of the closing process. They both worked hard to relieve this stress as much as possible, with Nick even pitching in to work in the house to help restore appearances after the storm. We have come to find that real estate is a tough and unforgiving business, with no place for anyone who has thin skin or lack of a sense of humor. Both Matt and Nick toughed out difficult phases of an off season sale, succeeding where others failed. They are practical, have good ideas, are willing to listen and discuss without applying hype, not to be mistaken with enthusiasm, which both have in good store. “And absolutely astounding place. I think it's a very nominal 10 or $12 per person fee to come to these Gardens. It's money well-spent. My wife and I truly enjoy the walk. She's a gardener. I just like the serenity. If you have a chance when you're in this area, your time would be well invested by stopping here. Not a place I would particularly bring very young children as they would tend to run around.”
