I feel home

I absolutely love this church, as soon as you walk in the ambiance is peaceful, doesn’t feel as heavy as it does in other churches I’ve been to where it’s dark and smells like incense. This church is bright, full of light, smells fresh and you can breath in the peaceful air. Father Brian is wonderful!! He makes it easy being a catholic and makes you feel comfortable right away. He speaks to you like anyone would, which makes it easier to feel at home and not ‘uptight’ because you’re in a church. His sermons are very practical for everyday life. I absolutely love going even thought it’s a drive!

I can't say enough GREAT things about Saint Lucy Roman Catholic Church and Father Horgan! He is an amazing Priest and welcomes everyone who walks through the door. He makes everyone feel special and the whole congregation is the same way. I was looking to belong to a loving Catholic church where I could feel closer to God and continue to grow in my Catholic faith and Saint Lucy Roman Catholic Church is perfect. The church has many different organizations and group activities for young and young at heart, so there is always something to particiate in and make new friends. Father Horgan is very dedicated and always makes himself available for whatver the need may be. If you are looking for a Catholic church unlike any others that you've attended, you MUST make it a point to visit Saint Lucy's and meet Father Horgan!

Very nice little church in a beautiful setting. Although the parish was celebrating its 50th anniversary, the Irish priest who is the pastor has brought it into the modern era. He was very welcoming to all.
