  Highly recommend this place! Some of the most knowledgeable fitness trainers you will find that will make sure your workouts are safe and effective based on your specific body's strengths and weaknesses. As a personal trainer, I've admired Eric Cressey from afar for a few years (he is highly sought after in the fitness industry). I was very excited to see how his gym functioned up close while we were on Florida and I only have great things to say! They leave no stone unturned when it comes to assessing your body's movement patterns, ranges of motion, and any asymmetries you have. Again, highly recommend!

  I started training at CSP early January, and I have had a 5-Star experience since joining. Brian and Eric evaluated me and set up a sport specific training regiment. I have noticed gains quickly and my body has felt energized since initially starting. If you want to invest in you/your child’s athletic future there’s nowhere better to train at. Liz and Anna at the Front Desk are wonderful at assisting me with anything I need as well.

  Great place to workout for all athletes! Eric, Tim, and Shane do great work individualizing and helping each athlete perform and grow. Would recommend to anyone who is serious in taking their athletic careers to the next level!
