This company saved me a lot of money, time and stress. They will be the first people I call when I need help in the future.
After I had another repair service out for my LG Refrigerator that told me "Just buy a new one", I called Jupiter Electronics and spoke with Wayne. I explained what had occurred and he diagnosed it from my description (and the findings of the first company). He said he'd order the parts overnight and he'd be out to fix it ASAP.
The parts didn't come in until late the next day, so he set me for the first appointment the following day. He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. At one point he found that oil had gotten in the refrigerant lines, but that he "thought" he could get it out --- and he did. Everything went exactly has he described and the refrigerator was working when completed.
The charge was $300 labor - it took about 6 hours total. It turned out that the parts were covered under the manufacturer warranty - so there was no charge for parts as he handled the entire claim process.
Wayne was prompt, courteous and friendly --- and did an excellent job of fixing my refrigerator.
Called first thing in the morning. Wayne came an hour later, checked the tv, and went back to his shop, and emailed me an estimate that day. He advised me to call LG because I was a snowbird. Great help!! Thanks!
