(February 10, 2019, 1:35 pm)Great park for launching a boat and doing some fresh water fishing. They also have a RV and camping area that we have always wanted to try one weekend. Biggest challenge is that the park technically closes at sunset, so if you want to do sunset bass catching, you're really limited to be out by dark. And the rangers catch an attitude if u push the limits.
(January 21, 2019, 6:49 am)I have always been impressed by all the facilities at John Prince Park. There are so many things to do and so many different places to do it in, I'm told in all over 700 acres along with a huge lake. It is always neat and well kept and there are areas for people of all ages including your dogs. It's a lot for one county Parks and recreation department to oversee but they do a great job.
(January 19, 2019, 9:43 am)Stayed here tent camping for three nights over Thanksgiving weekend! Beautiful beautiful Park love it, went paddle-boarding in the lake. You don't need to worry about Gators or anything here. Maybe blue-ringed octopus but not Gators haha, no it's seriously very nice Campground. Lake still very warm.I would say the only thing the STAFF needs to work on the bathrooms. ++We had to call to get them cleaned and toilet paper stocked.Need some TLC in this area
(January 12, 2019, 6:09 pm)The park is very beautiful, it's a great place to take your kids to play on the playground. They also have a dog park for all dog lovers. It's a beautiful place to walk and be surrounded by nature.
(December 17, 2018, 3:32 am)For a County owned and run park, this park is so much more than we had expected. It is secured with a gate, well run and managed, well maintained, and the scenery is beautiful. We've never been anywhere with such a wide variety of birds and other local wildlife. The place is just beautiful, especially the RV sites on the lake. It is surprising how well Palm Beach County keeps this RV park up. The rates are very reasonable. We hope to return here the next time that we visit the area. The bathrooms seemed a bit dated but we used our own in the RV. We felt safe, comfortable and very content in the park, which by the way has a volunteer security patrol regularly. Can't wait to return
