(January 24, 2019, 6:17 pm)I give them 5 stars because as soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by Rick with a smile. He was genuinely kind and helpful. I stopped in for an oil change, tire rotation and even got new windshield wipers all within my hour lunch break! I got in and out in 50 mins! I will definitely go back to “Tires Plus Total Car Care” for any and all my automotive needs ????

The customer service rep Dale, took the time to bring me and show me what I needed fixed. With this industry known for its dishonesty, it was a breathe of fresh air dealing with such professionals who took pride in taking the extra steps in explaining and actually showing me the issues that needed to be corrected. These guys are not your typical mechanic shop, as they give off that personal touch of making the customer feel welcomed and respected. They've made a lifetime customer out of me.

They are reliable, trust-worthy, reasonable , and stand behind their work. I never feel that they are trying to sell me something. They provide great customer service. I always feel that they accommodate me when something is needed. I highly recommend Tires Plus Total Car Care!

I have since had oil changes and a new set of tires or my SUV. After researching prices and quality , they met all my expectations with their estimate. They will definitely be my choice of business for my brakes. The customer service provided by Nick and all the gentlemen up front were exceptional.My service manager Bob addressed all the concerns I had . This is a company that will meet your needs and affordability requirements!

From a 1999 Mustang to my 2018 Jeep Renegade Nick, Rick and Mark are Always available to help and get me up and running in no time! They care for my car like I care for my car!
