(May 17, 2017, 12:17 pm)I saw an example of superior customer care here this morning. A young girl was planning on shipping something. She had a large box. Junior, the manager, told here that if the box wasn't full when she packed it she shouldn't seal it but bring it to him and he would "shrink" it to save her money. He then said he'd figure out the cheapest rate for her between Fedex, UPS and the USPS. She told him she didn't have a car but lived very close. He then offered to go by and pick up the package for her when it was ready to ship. Awesome customer service!

We have done business with Junior and Pak Mail since we moved here in 2004 and would never consider using anyone else for the services he provides. Most helpful, honest and friendly service in PB County.
