  My husband and I have been horse owners for over 30 years and have nothing but outstanding things to say about the staff at Reid and Associates Equine Clinic. The office staff is always a pleasure to work with. Our vet, Dr. Byron Reid, has seen us through a range of issues anywhere from typical maintenance to major medical issues such as colic and laminitis. Because of his expert advice and attention to detail we have never worked with any other clinic. They are truly the best. For the last 7 years we have specifically worked with Dr.Reid’s associate, Dr. Newkirk and her technician, Annemette Minor. They are truly an outstanding team. We cannot thank them enough for their guidance and care of our horses. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

  The vets and staff at Reid & Associates are among the best I have had the pleasure of working with for my competition Dressage horses and Oldenburg breeding program. They are well trained, caring, thoughtful and get excellent results both in terms of managing top sport horses and in equine reproduction to include broodmare and foal management. Simply put, THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

  I have used Reid & Associates for many years and have had only wonderful experiences in what is often a stressful time. From bringing a horse with a bad case of colic to an acute case of laminitis, the emergency team and all attending vets have been fantastic. One horse had to stay for 6 weeks and they were so kind to send me regular updates knowing how important he is to me. With regard to their reproductive services, Dr. Newkirk is fantastic on all accounts. Collecting my stallion is such a simple process with such an efficient team. And we are at 100% success rate as well!

  I have worked with Dr. Erin Newkirk on several occasions for reproductive work. She is extremely competent and exceptionally kind to both the horses and the people she works with.   If you're looking for the best veterinary clinic in South Florida look no further – you've found it! The staff at Reid & Associates are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They go out of their way to accommodate their clients. Dr. Erin Newkirk is the best equine reproduction veterinarian that I've ever worked with and she continues to amaze me when unexpected situations arise. I've been a client of Reid & Associates for the past 7 years. What I like best about this practice is that they truly care about the animals they're taking care of and always put the animal's best interest first. My appreciation for this clinic is more than I could ever put into words. Give them a try and you'll see the difference. Simply the best!
