Brandon is extremely helpful and makes sure you are doing the exercises right and offers modifications when needed. He really pushes you so you are giving it your all. His meal plans are great too! I’ve consistently been losing weight and inches. Everyone who attends the classes are friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this gym!”

The residents are the top priority, and the management team and nurses are always so easily reached for any questions.
