“So I’m currently at another dental office as Dr. Crane doesn’t not accept my kids new insurance. The difference is so apparent. With Dr. Crane I was able to sit in while my kids were being worked on. He would explain to me what he was doing and why it was necessary. He would go over options and allowed me to make a decision on what procedure I wanted for my child based on the info he provided me. I didn’t realize I was so spoiled at his office as I’m here wondering what’s going on with my kid. I don’t know the dentists name and he maybe spoke to me for 30 seconds...”

I was in a car accident while doing something work related, workers comp doctors are a nightmare and my experience hasn't been different until today.
