  I went to the RV show because my friend referred me to Waits Rv. I met Bill,Chris and Craig. I took entire day looking my possibilities and came back next day with my offer and i got my RV. The experience was wonderful. As a business owner customer service is my main priority and Waits RV was way over my expectations.
  I went to sign the papers and after everything was done, they keep helping me with small details i needed to know about the RV.
  My son rides motocross and instead of spending money on Hotels and restaurants, i decided to get the Rv to have something my son will love and at the same time,i will saved money instead of paying for a hotel every weekend.
  If you are looking for any RV go to Waits RV. If you want me to personally take you there feel free to ask and i will. They are great,honest and NOT BS. Give them a chance.

  As much as I always prefer to have a friend lead me to a business I was lucky enough to find Waits RV by blindly Googling RV’s that I was interested in purchasing. By shear luck I stumbled onto a fantastic operation to deal with! Bill the owner and Tony the salesman that I did business with could not have been more accommodating, professional and helpful. I have dealt with many RV businesses and this one is absolutely the very best. Given the opportunity I will go out of my way to send them business. It’s obvious they care very much for all their clients that are sure to become their friends!

  After the purchase of Our 2005 Gulfstream BT Cruiser We had a problem with the converter not charging the house battery, after troubleshooting found the converter was bad. I called Craig and explained , the next day I had the new converter and istalled it myself. Everything is working fine now .   Best dealer in south Florida, and we have been to many, from Orlando to Miami, 6 and i will not mention there names. Very helpful, sincere, honest and now part of our family, Bill, Craig, Mark, Mike and the bunch are the best to work with.   I've been to many RV dealerships in the area and Waits RV Center is by far the best. They spent the time to find the perfect RV for me instead of trying sell me something I didn't need like the other dealers. The whole team went out of their way to make sure everything was right. I highly recommend going to Waits RV Center before going anywhere else because you will get treated the best!
