They didn't rush me or pressure me into getting something i did not want or need. they explained everything for me and made me feel very welcomed as soon as i walked in the door. “Elena was amazing. Never had to get a storage unit and was very uncertain trying to figure it all out. She even had a tenant who is a very unhappy person trying to bad month the staff and cube smart right in front of me. She handled it like a champ. Unit has a sign off from her showing its been clean etc. Very nice office with lots of cameras. I like that this location not fully visible from the street which is an added plus. Definitely happy i made the correct decision and look forward to being a tenant with them”
