I can say I am very happy and satisfied with the help I received from the office, starting with Janet, Sarah and Monica the new manager. They helped me out with my application and I got approved. They were very understanding and helped me, not to lose my the fees I had already paid. Thank you Monica, Sarah and Janet your team is awesome. Face to face is always the best. ;)
Put in an application for an apartment and according to the woman at the office I did not qualify period due to income was not enough, however not only do they charge application fee they also charge $175 for administrative fee which is non-refundable. In this case I find it quiet a lot to charge someone when you didn't do anything other then look at the application and tell that me that my income did not qualify me to begin with. Straight rip off. $95.00 for an application fee plus $175 for administrative fee a total $270 for a 2 minute look over my application.
