(February 19, 2019, 3:22 pm)I've been using this storage unit for a few years, and I've mostly dealt with Denise on any questions I've had etc. She has excellent customer service skills and is always trying to help with any questions I have. When I came in to close my account and get a new unit for another family member, she was also very enthusiastic and made it an easy transition and was always smiling. We need more people like you! Thank you Denise!!!

(December 10, 2018, 5:01 pm)Let me just say if you go to this location you must absolutely ask for the beautiful Katrina. she answered all of my questions and even gave me some wonderful advice. The company is extremely lucky to have Katrina working for them. She was very polite and courteous the entire time. If you need a place close by the store stop this is definitely the way to go.
(November 20, 2018, 10:01 pm)I was served by an absolutely delightful woman named Denise. I wish I could clone this beautiful person as an addition to my staff at work. Denise is the epitome of what customer service is all about. She was so kind as she drove us around the property showing us the units that were available, and when we found the one for us, she worked very hard to clean away some dirt and a few cobwebs that were left in the unit but the previous renter. Thank you Denise for an amazing experience. I’ve used this storage company and location in the past, and never before have I met someone so friendly and effective! Amazing!!

She made me feel comfortable. her knowledge of the products made me feel at ease with the decisions i had to make. Denise is so personable i would recommend her and public storage to my friends and family. Thanks Denise you are the best
