  I worked with Shawn at First Impression. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient as I asked for multiple estimates on different doors. I ordered the door at the end of October and it was installed in January. From the sales experience to the installation, everything went very smoothly. The entire team at First Impression is highly professional. As a homeowner who has completed various projects across mulitple homes, this was by far the best experience with any contractor. Highly recommend and will go back when ready to replace other doors in my home.

  One of the best shopping experiences i've ever had. These guys had the widest variety of doors, and at a better price than the big box stores. I saved almost $1000, and got a better door in less time. They were also very knowledgeable, and helped me a lot since i was pulling permits myself, and getting someone to do the work. I recommend them every time.

  We had used First Impressions once before with excellent results. Recently we returned to purchase new front doors and impact windows. The selection was unmatched by any of their competitors. We found the shopping experience pleasant and the advice that we received extremely helpful. We never felt pressured. Instead we were encouraged to take our time to consider what we truly felt was the right product for us. The installation crew was experienced and expert. The day that they did our job was an extremely rainy which made the process more difficult but these men persisted and clearly wanted us to be completely satisfied. We were.
