  The worst experience I ever had. They sold my elderly husband a Rav4 with a bunch of optional unnecessary garbage on it. Unfortunately I wasn't there. Stay away from Mr. Weiner in the Finance Department, a real nasty piece of work. My husband is 78 years old and was pressured into signing on a deal he didn't want; he wanted to finance with his bank. Don't do it; you'll be sorry! Now we are going to try to remove the extra mess we don't need which accumulates to $4,000! Don't finance a car with these people, especially if you have good credit. You don't need it. Get a credit union or bank!

  Our Sales representative Jean was awesome he took me to the car that he knew would fit my needs and wants. I absolutely LOVE my new car. Best car I have owned. The finance process went very smooth and I got a fantastic deal!

  Yesterday I went to look at and test drive a few cars. My salesman was Alex Otero. He was professional, personable and thorough!! We worked out a purchase of a 2016 Camry SE (very nice car). If you're looking for a car, Talk to Alex!!! Also the finance person was great too!! made the process smooth and easy!!

  I am a repeat Toyota driver. Yesterday I leased a 2019 model and found the experience a pleasure. I was pleasantly greeted, offered the opportunity to look around the showroom and had all my questions answered. The showroom manager (Andy) made sure I received a better price than my usual car dealer had offered. The sales representative (Jeff) was patient, knowledgeable and more than helpful in all aspects of the purchase. The finance manager was professional and courteous.

  Every time o go there, Greg, Raul, or Mauricio will make sure that everyone is satisfied with services or anything they need to be done! I always recommend this location in general. The hospitality is amazing. Service is always welcoming. I’ve been here for over 2 years, and I haven’t had one single issue:) great people!

  My first visit to Palm Beach Toyota was an awesome experience. I came to have my headlights cleaned. The staff greeted me with a smile. They explained everything to me and gave me an hourly update. My lights upon completion was shining bright. I couldn't wait to get home so I can how they look at night. They did a fantastic job. Thanks Toyota for great customer service.
