“When I was looking for online reviews for a great appliance repair business, there was very little information about Microwave Electronics. That's probably a good thing, because people tend to only write reviews when they're unhappy with the service they received. But I had two fantastic experiences with Microwave Electronics, so I thought it might help other people searching for a reputable company with great customer service. We first used Microwave Electronics a few years ago when we bought our Bosch dishwasher. I expected to be blown away by it because I'd heard Bosch was the best - but it wasn't cleaning all that well. Rosner's sent over Mitch from Microwave Electronics and he showed me how to get the best performance out of my new dishwasher. He provided outstanding customer service. Recently there was a recall for a part on my dishwasher, so I chose Microwave Electronics to do the repair. Once again, they provided exceptional customer service. Margaret, who set the appointment, was so kind, knowledgeable, and friendly over the phone. Mitch and Nick came out to replace the recalled part, and once again provided helpful hints on how to keep my dishwasher working at top efficiency. I highly recommend Microwave Electronics!”
