They've always put in extra time beyond the 'open' ours to help get our daughter's prosthetic to fit just right. Which is hard when going through long term surgical adjustments at 7 years old. Mrs Elisa Jong met us at the hospital pre-surgery fore measurements, so the prosthetic was ready right when needed post surgery. She did so with such a perfect and playful bedside, our young child had no problem throughout the fitting. (and it fitted almost perfectly the first time!) Visiting their clinic, Mr. Edward Wells was very warm and welcoming, setting a safe and playful environment, while Mr. Jeffrey Price took the time to double/triple check the prosthetic from hip to toe for any adjustments, though, amazingly, their designs needed very few throughout our time. Their 'new' facilities look great in the layout arrangement and decor.”
