Always a little busy but prices, selection, and crowds are far better than the Costco on Southern Blvd. Highly recommend getting a membership here as they often have deals for $25 for the year and you get a second card free. I would avoid it on Sundays unless you are going right before closing as it tends to be a little overcrowded but more often than not it is easily navigable and use the staffed self-checkout for quick purchases 10 items or less. Only complaint is the only door in and out is small but that is likely for loss prevention purposes.”

“This is my second visit to this studio. I did the vinyasa class. The studio is spotless, and just warm enough. This class was with the owner leading. I have terribly tight hips and lower back. She helped me just enough, but not too much, to get the most out of my session. The class is as hard as you want it to be. Perfect tempo and not rushed. There is a spiritual vibe but not overly spiritual. I just loved it, and feel terrific now. I’ve been doing yoga for ten years, and try studios everywhere I go. This is up there with the very best. Can’t say enough. The previous time I visited, Dave lead the class. Also terrific. The class was a mix of young to middle age, and all seemed to find their own level.”
