“I took my daughter here last night. The customer service and bedside manner was Superb! I also work in Pediactrics and I know the importantance and difference simple demeanor can make for both the sick child and parent. I was called to a room within 10 mins and all of the staff were so nice and friendly. Even though my 19 old had a 102 fever that wouldn’t break and a double ear infection, she perked up when Dr. Jennifer Berger-Vernace walked in. She upbeat, welcoming, interactive, got down to her (my child) to do vitals, and tickled her a little. Our nurse Kimberly was great as well she was very Nurturing. She took her time give my daughter medicine, even grabbed a tissue and wiped her nonstop runny nose. We ending up having to do a flu test and while waiting for the results my little one got a little fussy, and in comes our nurse Kimberly blowing bubbles to distract her! My overall experience last night was great! They made my sick baby feel happy and welcomed. Thank you ladies!”
