“From the office staff to the technician, the staff could not have been friendlier. I called numerous marine ac repairs in the area, none wanted to even look at our unit. I was told at least two weeks before they could hook it up to any machines to test it. I called Gulfstream and they said bring it on in. They bench tested it while we watched. My husband is a auto mechanic and the technician was super friendly sharing his knowledge about the testing and running of the marine a/c unit. He was able to get our unit running and suggested that it was the pump that failed and not the whole unit. I appreciate the friendly and honest work this company performed. If we ever have any action issues in the future we will be back.”
