“The staff here are amazing!!!! When we first went to the garden the gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable. He answered every question and helped us choose the right bamboo for our backyard space, we have a 100 ft. long fence in the backyard that we wanted to grow the bamboo privacy in front of. We decided on the "Graceful Bamboo" since it only grows to 25 ft tall and fills in completely. I didnt mention that we came 5 minutes before closing and he never rushed us or anything. We chose to have Tropical install the plants because we wanted it done right, we had our sprinkler guy install a drip line and we also put down the mulch per their instructions for best results. Unfortunately after a month we did loose 2 plants but when I emailed them with the pictures they immediately said they would send someone out to replace and 2 days later the plants were replaced. I would recommend them to anyone looking for Bamboo, great company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
