“All I can say is, don't let your wife go in here unattended! It is like sending a kid in a candy store with a pocket full of nickles! The store is great. Customer service is a B+/A-. Its pretty good.They would get higher as some employees are hit or miss to their approachability and the outward impression that they are happy to be at work. These kinda go hand in hand. I once tested a few employees on different occasions to see where to find an item in the store. I was happy to see they walked me right to the section and the items. So far they have done this 3 out of my 3 times testing this out. Awesome!”

“I stopped here today to go through the drive-through to get one of my kids a children's meal and a chocolate frosty. They did get the order right after three or four attempts. thank goodness you can now see on the screen what they actually type in so you can correct it right then and there if there's a mistake. However I drove away without a receipt and given that there was a coupon that I used I was a little uneasy about the credit card transaction that I didn't have the receipt for. Advice to management: please train your staff to be extra careful to make sure that drive-through customers always get their receipts as it's both difficult and dangerous to have to backtrack.”
