“Great place! excellent trainers and staff!! I highly recommend this gym! The trainers pay a lot of attention to members to help them achieve their workout goals. The administrative staff is awesome and greet everyone with big smiles all the time and are very attentive. I have been very impressed with Drew in particular as he handles my account. They all do their best to get you into the desired class and reach out via text messages to communicate etc. Extremely positive experience - on my 3rd year of training here.”

“Rustic retreat is wonderful!! It’s like a little oasis in South Florida, it has a nice outdoor area with a large gazebo,lots of trees and plants.It also has a key west vibe to it. But most importantly the people there are caring,clean, kind and professional!!???? My husband is a resident and I have the comfort of knowing that he is in good hands. If you have a love one who needs a safe, healthy place to go because of health issues..dementia etc. I would definitely go check out Rustic Retreat!!! They care ????☺️????????”

“I love this place. My husband and I go for the peanut butter low-fat yogurt. It has a nice pronounced taste of peanut butter, though on occasion it can be a little too sweet. It got us through the summers here in Florida. We've been there so much the gentleman that normally serves us treats us nicely. It's always nice to be a familiar face.”
