“This is one of my favorite places to visit. Plenty of wildlife to photograph, It's a step back in time to old Florida. Enjoy Florida nature at its best. Take binoculars and cameras. Bring family and friends for a casual stroll around the preserve. There is plenty of parking. The visitor center is open most days except Sunday for information and a gift shop. Check the information boards to see about events and work shops. If you are a wildlife photographer bring your big lenses its a great place to capture bird and gator shots.”

“Dr. Castaneda and nurse practitioner are amazing! I highly recommend him. He is very caring and thorough with everything he tells you. He makes sure you understand him and takes his time to give you the best attention possible. I am giving the office 4 stars instead of 5 because the front desk team is horrible. The girls at the front desk have no customer service skills at all and you constantly have to remind them that you are there so they can check you in. Not friendly and very monotone. If he had better people at the front this office would be amazing. Everyone in the back is awesome! All the nurses and Dr. castaneda are beyond magnificent.”
