It was nice to see the first gentleman who came out do everything he could to fix my unit. When that wasn't possible they were great in explaining all my options. I went with Direct Air after reading all of their reviews and they're pretty spot on. They do a very good job, an honest company and it was refreshing to see a company treat you as though they want to do business with you. Too many of the other guys aren't shy about treating you like you need them. That never happened with Direct Air. Great guys!! Absolutely recommend”
