Trying to decide in my area (and I’m assuming a lot of other places as well) is looking for someplace that had it “all”. When I went to the first Extra Storage location I was greeted by Tiffany (quite nicely I should add) she was quick to tell me about the benefits of her location, but how it didn’t have exactly what I needed for what I wanted to store. Tiffany referred me to a separate Extra Storage location that could accommodate what I needed. When I got to the second location I was greeted by Deanna and I will add that she was expecting me because Tiffany called ahead. With the info Deanna was provided she was ready to rock and roll with showing me the units. She was beyond kind and helpful. Deanna truly elevated the importance and experience of customer service that is missing from so many industries nowadays. To end my longish “rant” I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the whole process and how easy both ladies made it. I’ve got my storage unit all sorted and will definitely with out a doubt be recommending Extra Storage to anyone who may need a storage space. Thank you a ton Tiffany and Deanna!

Just to add:
- They clean the entire facilities daily
- They spray both outside and inside for pests
- The facility is monitored by CCTV
Also it is manned during normal business hours, but someone is on call for “emergencies”

Nice environment and infrastructure! Great security. storage is clean safe and smells fresh! Can tell, they have good maintains.
Customer service is awesome, very thoughtful and being patient to customer in detail. Make me feel in touched.
Overall, I would say, it's 11/10 review.

I am so impressed and happy with the property and two wonderful women that work in the office Briana and Deanna! The facility is well kept, clean, all doors, lights, keypad, and surveillance cameras work. The Ladies as mentioned are incredibly wonderful in every area such as; professional with the way they speak, dress, customer service, they both are helpful, respectable, and make you feel safe, comfortable and welcomed!!!!😊😊😊 I have never come across such wonderful service in any area of any company of all states I have ever been in that could come close in comparison to the excellent service at Extra Space Storage. Extra Space Storage in Deland, Florida, is the nicest storage facility in this area. The property is super clean and maintained in a very meticulous manner. Deanna, the manager of this facility was very helpful and was so nice to talk to as she took care of everything that we needed to get us the proper size storage unit to accommodate our furniture and miscellaneous household items. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage facility for all of your storage needs, as they have very competitive prices for this area and may also offer move in specials.

Very clean and super friendly staff on arrival and it continues months later as I enter and leave. The best part for me is that I chose my unit size and filled out all the paperwork easily from my phone. Then got email and text (if you opt in for that) confirmation that my unit would be ready next day, first thing, since I signed up after hours. Easy access loading areas and a pleasant experience all around.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE I HAD STYLIST WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN ON TIME AND DID A AWESOME JOB I WILL MAKE THIS MY PERMANENT SALON.

She does the best braiding in town. Her hairstyles last so long. Very professional and clean. The prices are great and she does very well gentleman hair. Highly recommended!! Thank u for always making time for my nephew!

I love Caprise! & so does my 8 year old daughter! She’s quick, & gentle with my daughters hair. We get so many compliments. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
